Our first offer using beans from the La Morena program that gives female coffee growers in Guatemala access to the global specialty coffee supply chain. This single origin, medium bodied bean promises notes of milk chocolate, praline, granola and green apple in the cup. At the medium roast level we explore the boundary between the sweet chocolate notes along with the pleasant malic acidity of fruitiness too. In a word: YUMMY!
